“ | No! Don't let her kiss me, Mrs. Jewls. Throw water on me. Tickle me. Cut off my pants. Hang me upside-down from the ceiling. But don't let her kiss me! | ” |
— Jason in Sideways Stories from Wayside School |
Jason is a student in Mrs. Jewls' class and is a book-only character.
Personality[]
Jason is mentioned to have the second-biggest mouth in Mrs. Jewls's class, only behind Joy, who teases him sometimes, but not to the extent of Todd. He has a tendency to often wind up telling on other students, which has become a bad habit for him. He also has a strange habit of chewing on pencils, which leads him to wind up having his mouth taped up. He is seen by most of the other students to be somewhat annoying, despite the fact he is the help monitor. He teases Allison because he is secretly in love with her, which causes him to be threatened to have his two front teeth be knocked out.
